Mason: For some reason the link to the 13D isn't working this morning. From memory -- and allowing for my limited ability to puzzle out what these forms are supposed to disclose -- I gathered that a hedge-fund operator named Parker Quillen had bought a big chunk of Milestone in recent weeks. Several of his funds were involved, but the total looked to be 14% of the company, most of it bought at prices well above the current depressed level. I don't know why the form isn't available this morning. I couldn't find it on the SEC site either.
