You FAIL to see the potential advantages in your investigation.

First, FBN, WE KNOW, is a clean company. Once the investigation is over and they are shown to be clean, THIS STOCK WILL SKYROCKET!!!!

Second, you, yourself, run an ulterior motive thread on these very SI boards, DEDICATED TO TAX WRITEOFFS. You personally stand to gain from an investigation. There you have it. You are exposed to all (and even without a xerox of your butt!!).

YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY SHORTING THIS STOCK!!! You just want to start an investigation so the stock tanks just before the investigation starts and trading halts... all in the name of just another good PERSONAL tax advantage.
