Bobby: I am not predicting $260 but do see this as a real possibility if a final selling climax develops.

But beyond the very near term, the golden sun will soon glow brightly again. The bond market is telling us the Fed will be forced to cut rates soon to head off a global depression. The goal of zero inflation was a tremendous mistake and will have to be abandoned. The ongoing investment paradigm that has been so negative for gold, commodities, Asian currencies, and Asian economies is about to undergo a seismic shift.
