so overpriced that even Jim Cramer now likes it. (He hated it at $23, because it was cheap)
Cramer has been long the stock since around $30, I believe. He has "liked" the stock for quite some time.
Most of the brain dead indexers are already in, as they have to be, so I don't think we will see much of a forced inflow in the future.
These brain dead indexers beat 85-90% of all funds. Forced inflow of money is constant from here on out. The huge initial flow is over. But as all those 401K dollars flow in, the index stocks get bought EVERY DAY. Not every week or month, but EVERY DAY.
However, I don't think it will be Telco, as you would then be trying to sell equipment to your competitors. Somebody along the line of Lucent, Tellabs, General Instruments, Scientific Atlanta, or DSC seems a better marriage candidate,
Telco??? Who ever thought ASND or any other equipment provider would be bought be a Telco???
LU - good possibility TLAB - less possibility, not big enough, would be merger of equals, these don't work well, generally. GIC - never. SFA - never. DSC - never, they just got bought by ALA; ALA - maybe.
