Gennaro,

Sorry for the delay in responding, but I wasn't around most of yesterday. Too bad... I would have bought more stock, but there's always Monday. Regardless, I see that Gambler already gave you the answer... and to that add the MMs manipulation. They're not even subtle about it... large block buys and the ask doesn't change. A 5000 sell and the bid drops. Spreads all over the place... locked markets, etc., etc..

We... or at least I, bought TSIG for a long term investment and not a trade. The market for online CD purchases, telephone assist services, etc. is explosive and, IMHO, TSIG is going to get a big percentage of the business. If you want to look at every trade every day you'll end up with white hair like me... but I'm over 60!! Put your stock away and forget it for awhile and let management and the Company do it's thing. That's why you bought TSIG in the first place... wasn't it? Everyone has a right to their own opinions and their own way of handling their investments.

Regarding the concern about proported insider sales... there haven't been any to my knowledge. There has only been registration of stock and I would do the same thing if I were in their position. I've never seen an angel or VC that didn't pull-out their initial seed money regardless of where the stock was going. That's how they have cash to invest in their next venture. It's good business and doesn't concern me in the least.

What I do find interesting is all the so-called long-term investors worried about the day to day price movements of the stock. Are they just waiting for a double or triple to bail? At least management is doing what they're supposed to be doing... making the right deals, hiring top management specialists, etc.. If they were watching the tape all day and every day... then I'd be gone. They're well aware of the stock price, but they're focusing on the business which is what they're supposed to be doing. Do that well and the stock price will follow. I've never seen it fail yet. We've had some excellent DD on this string. Let's keep it up. If you (or anyone) thinks they found something negative then post it and let's see if we can get some answers. Rumors can make or break a stock... at least in the short term, so lets stick to the facts as we know them. IMHO... we're fine for quite a few years. Just think of the commissions you'll save by not having to trade all the time <VBG>!

Best wishes,

Marty
