The confusion, yes there was.... I don't think in most cases it has been transferred yet. A lot of living wills out there. But as these 70-80 year olds die their 40-50 something children are going to get a lot of money, along with the I.R.S. Where will the huge amount of money go. The market..why, because that is the only place that can handle the huge amounts of funds that will be coming in.
