My best guess is that it Steven Newborn of Rogers & Wells, a Law Firm in D.C..

Newborn was an FTC lawyer - previously he was he was the Director for Litigation in the Bureau of Competition where he
was in charge of the Commission's Merger Enforcement Program.

He claims to represent three competitors of Intel which he refuses to identify.

Since Intel does not have many competitors, it isn't difficult to figure out who these are.

My bet is that Jerry Sanders and AMD's shareholders money is behind Newborn & Rogers & Wells.
