Zoli, Maher, I have been thinking about your posts. It is obvious that management has been taking shareholders for a ride at two AGMs already.

Time for shareholders to stand up, ask questions and protect their investment before it is too late?

Who is really responsible for the cash problems, bad moves, no real promotion and no coverage by experts in the mining industry and the steep descent of the stock price?

Cam Gardner (not sure about spelling) and he has informed me that he has completed a deal with Pan Asia Mining

Don Nicholson is too sly a fox to have signed the deal with Pan Asia. He just set it in motion and left. Cam Gardiner is not an officer of the Company. According to this post and subsequent news releases from PAR, the deal was signed in mid-October.

So who has signed away all of KRT's cash reserves and seen that the stock dropped from $4.90 at the close of May 31 1996 to a low $0.13 on December 4 1997?
