Hear ya Victor, keep in mind though that much of the recent enthusiasm is due to the stock buyback. This in itself could be a great sign looking forward. The fact that the BOD agreed to this is surprising to me though. I have a sneaking suspuscion (sp) that they know they are in for a couple rocky quarters.

I don't consider myself living in the past...just learn from past mistakes. If in fact this company is turning around, should be plenty of upside left yet. When I'm convinced, I'll be back in. But the fact remains, the controlling figures who drove this company into the ground remain, and show no signs of letting go. As evidenced by Noorda, the major shareholder, I'm not the only one with this concern. If I currently owned the stock, this is something I would keep a close eye on moving forward...especially if in profit mode, but instead it seems to be ignored.

As Elmo pointed out, the old BOD is showing no signs of being pushed out...can't even get some industry leaders besides Scmidt voted in. Why is this? What are they so paranoid of? In addition there is still something I find very bothersome regarding the Novonyx fiasco. What comes around, ususally goes around...this hasn't happened yet IMO. This is not just a case of bitterness due to poor business decisions. IMO, these guys cooked the books and played games with investors. I think everyone will see this before it's all done and over. I find the fact the CFO left shortly after the lawsuit announcement and replaced with a supposed longtime buddy of Mr Young himself odd also.

In any case I am happy for the longs, especially many of the old timers still holding with a cost basis of 13, 15, 18, 20 and above. Wonder if poor old Dave Stevensons mom is still holding at 29?
