Thanks for the post. Thanks too for the HELooooo. It just as well could have been DUUUUH. I frankly wasn't aware of all the competition. That's what makes these threads all the more worthwhile. Vincent, there is a reason that this market is crowded. It's large and will get larger. I believe there is true elasticity (lower price= increased demand). It's now a case of beating everone to the punch and the AMR deal is good start. Product support will also be essential to success. The AMR deal is a critical pilot program (no pun intended). This is true from a visibility and support standpoint. Once the first life is saved HTST will have to capitialize on the situation. Hey, from what I saw on TV it's a great product and it's going to save a lot of lives. Regards, Larry
