****CHARTS UPDATED****

I'm beginning to feel lonely here. <g>

This week's charts are somewhat telling, to say the least.

1. The Summation Index looks terrible. I don't see a bottom in
sight, short term rallies not withstanding.
2. Bonds and the Dollar have done very well...BUT...what happens
to the market when this safe-haven buying dries up? I think
the market has held up (believe it or not, it has) because of
support from these two markets.
3. The vix has again reached previous rally highs. One of these
days I expect it to surge.
4. Be careful of the Russell 2000 index. It should be very volatile
between now and the end of the month as additions and deletions
are made to this index. (It happens each year at this time.)
Notice too that the weekly ROC has again dropped below the zero
line. It's from this area that buy signals are generated.
5. I have added 2 charts this week of stocks I'm watching. Despite
severe weakness in the technology sector, NOVL and FORE should be
watched.

***I have no personal position in either of these two stocks.

Good luck to all for a good week.
