Earnings restatement - SEC filing June 1 Jim, don't know if it is you who asked about it. In fact, 1996 earnings were restated to reflect accounting rules change made in 1997. =>Basic earnings per share, Diluted earnings per share. There's nothing to worry about in this case. Hope this helps.
