Can't respond to your whole message.

But as to Presidents/Officers/Directors, etc. of a company, they would not show until the next Annual Report of the Company (which is the anniversary date of incorporation). Those Officers, etc. which still show on a company may not yet be due to file the Annual Report. Those Officers, etc. of a company which do not show, may have become an Officer, etc. after the Annual Report was filed.

While a company must file a change of Directors at the time of occurance with the Registrar of Companies within their jurisdiction, the change will not show until the Annual Report is due by the Company.
