The ability to ask direct questions with management and get straight answers is leading edge Public Relations. Cypress should be commended for doing this. I hope more Companies copy this. I have always thought that the analysts and very large mutual funds have an unfair advantage in their ability to talk directly to management almost at will. Not only should all Public Companies with web sites do this but in addition I think the SEC should require all conference calls be available to the general public before the market opens after the call. This would level the playing field.
