Paul, Re -- My bet is that Jerry Sanders and AMD's shareholders money is behind Newborn & Rogers & Wells. I also suspect from the cliches which the FTC lawyer used "Intel using a club" that Jerry has done an EXCELLENT SALES job convincing the FTC that Intel is an evil empire. The cliche reminds me of the things Jerry says, like "Intel bribing compaq not to use AMD chips", "They got the phone call from Intel" etc.. Stockman
