I was wondering what happened to the insider link on Yahoo. Thanks for the info. If anyone wants to access TSIG's insider info here is the link again.

biz.yahoo.com

BTW, myself and Beeblebrox had another conference call with Robert Gordon on Friday. Nothing too exciting to talk about that we didn't touch on in our last post about our last conference call. If I think of anything else I will post it. Also if anyone has any questions about anything we can probably answer them because we talked about alot of different things with Mr. Gordon.

Here are a few points:

1.)One of the things we did talk about was the insider report and Gordon said that one of the people listed on the report, Joe Avila, used to work for TSIG 5 years ago and he filed to sell some shares. Mr. Gordon told us that TSIG has an agreement with Joe Avila that he will only sell a maximum of 15,000 shares per month. Also he talked about another person, Leo Parisi, who is under the same agreement.

2.)Web site will be done by July 15 and there will be a definite date announced this week. Also Emerging Public Companies will now air sometime in July just like me and Beeb had stated in our last CC post.

3.)He talked about all the very positive management team changes. The management team they have now are much better than the ones that left them to form the new company. The new company is a result of 4 acquisitions of smaller teleservices companies formed into a larger entity. TSIG gets a 6% equity stake in the new company which equates into about a $1 million asset. The goal is to form the new company into a $100 million company within a year and take it public. When it goes public Mr. Gordon believes TSIG will then have a $5 million asset.

4.)Mr. Gordon also talked about how all the new technology that is going to be fully in place by July 1, will position TSIG to go after all major Fortune 100 companies for significant contracts. No major contracts will be signed until September. The teleservices portion of TSIG will be profitable this year.

5.)Mr. Gordon once again touched on the Private Placement and said it would be done on "surprisingly good terms" and at a price "significantly higher that the current market price." He still believes the deal will be final in July.

6.)We also thought it would be interesting to ask when Mr. Gordon expects TSIG to fulfill requirements for NASD listing. His response was that he expects the requirements to be fullfilled by August, maybe even in July. I was really taken back by this response. I figured we were at least 6 months off.

7.)He also restated the fact the the total debt is actually only around $2 million and possibly as low as $1.5 million, instead of the $6.9 million stated in the 10-Q.

8.)We also posed a very interesting question to Mr. Gordon regarding all the shorts taken in TSIG's stock and the MM games being played with the stock. He said "it is going to be a bloodbath for the shorts and the MMs." He says they have significant developments that, when announced, could literally take this stock to a couple dollars overnight. Beeblebrox also asked Mr. Gordon if there was any doubt in his mind that the MMs were playing games with the stock and he responded "absolutely no question and we are well aware of the games being played." He also said that they are in the process of trying to bring some more market makers into the stock to try to stop all these games.

I was really reluctant to post this as I did not want any more positive information out on TSIG now because I was getting more cash next week and wanted to take advantage of the blue light special at .25. Oh well, I just advise you all to keep selling and the MMs to keep shorting. Us longs will be the ones standing around watching you MMs and shorts suffer in the bloodbath that is going to take place. We will be laughing and you will be crying.

You all remember that particular Deep Thought by Jack Handey don't
you? Well if you don't here it is.

It takes a big man to cry.
It takes an even bigger man to laugh at that man.

Like I said before if anyone has any questions shoot. It may be something we touched on in the CC.

Take care all...
