Somebody sure has been selling ULBI ! I think it got double whammied with the downgrade from A.G. Edwards (one of the recent underwriters of their secondary offering) and the press release stating that the battery line is taking longer to bring up than anticipated. The last 1 million share buy-back has had almost no effect on IMG's stock price. We'll see what effect the next 1 million has.
