I think the whole filing was a little bit too much to wade through on this thread, especially since a lot of it is boilerplate, or else covers topics already discussed. I'd be interested if you found any new information in the filing. This is an interesting tidbit I ran across: Craig, I am sorry I posted the entire filing. I had to work today and the filing would not be available to any but subscribers until Monday. I have not studied it thouroughly as of yet but will on Sunday. I was trying to make the filing available to all to peruse over the weekend. I am sorry I caused a problem and will not do that again. Glenn
