BETT has not confirmed bank authorization but their test market is IMO contigent on bank authorization. IMO the amount of work necessary to prototype enough units for the test would not have been started if they did not have a reasonable confidence level in banks approval. Both items are PR worthy and I suspect we will here the approval of banks as well as the beginning of the test shortly (only my opinion after talking with Anita)

I also understand the subcontracting is for BETT alone - these are proprietary items unique to BETT.
