Was in my local Wal-Mart in Pinehurst, NC today. Went to the electronics to see if Quest had arrived.

Sure enough, store had 11 copies on hand. I asked the store clerk how many had been sold, and she said she thought they had gotten in 20 or 25 originally. (By the way - no more Wayne's World in stock. The Wal-Mart had really updated the electronics section :-) )

Best part - while I was talking to the store clerk, a 11 year-old boy and his mother came up to the same clerk and said they had "decided to get it". The clerk opened the case, handed the boy a copy of Quest, followed by a huge smile and an actually leap of joy (from the boy that is, although I was tickled as well).

I asked the boy (his name turned out to be Ben) and his mother if they thought this was a good game to buy, and the boy answered "My friend has it already - we played it yesterday at his house - it's really cool".

I think it's cool as well. Made my day to see Ben as excited as he was. And to think that my company made it happen.
