Seems to me that the company (since it releases PR's about everything else, including a $45k deal) would issue a press release when all the conditions of the permit were met.

I no longer have a position is CSMA, but I will when it actually finishes something vs. being almost finished. CSMA is an almost reporting company that is almost profitable, and can almost dump Class V waste in its disposal well.

I don't care how much capacity that they are currently disposing, just the fact that they are disposing and could dispose a gallon of class V waste that somebody who walks in to their facility brings to them. [I know normally it will be brought in trucks and substantially more than a gallon]

If the supply/demand is correct then the capacity should be close to 100% if the laws are enforced and the Enviro-Tec facility is able to be up&running.

I'm willing to pay a premium for CSMA shares once the uncertainty is eliminated and the company is a reporting company. It might mean that I have to buy CSMA at $3, but so be it. Even at $3 there would still be plenty of upside.
