Then I am a total nut .... cause I am accumulating A too. Plus I think a new CUSIP was not required at first but when the company found out about the mess they decided to change the CUSIP on the As and then only those already legal and qualify to trade on the free trading market (and the dividend) would be the only ones to get the new CUSIP... The rest that were issued will have to get Midland's approval before they are reissued under the new CUSIP. Also the new CUSIP cleans up the shareholder list also. Inventory control most likely. GB
