Dgivinvestor what you seem to be proposing is a group of large dollar investors for the purpose of only one thing.....to influence this stock. If that is your intention your legal disclaimers will do nothing for you IMO. Im not sure what to be more nervous about your motives or the timing of your groups buying or selling habits. Well is it wrong for all to assume that if you do control large amounts of shares that you might have arranged that your prediction would come true? Than you stated: My syndicate represents in excess of 1 million shares of DGIV. Our attorney is well-connected in the OTC/BB industry. I was in DGIV before it was even a company. And I remain a member of the team. well thats telling, your saying to stockholders here that you are an insider of some sort. If you are what your say you are. there might be a room waiting for you and your attorney at the Danbury Fed Pen. Than you mention: If you so desire to get in the "right" side instead of the hype-side you're currently in, I can help you. No, I am not going to hype you or pump you up. I will tell you the fact from the fiction, the real from the unreal. What makes you so sure that your insight is and will always be to the best interest of your followers. Your followers may learn to trust you to the point where you state that a major event will happen and than you sell your position into their buying frenzy. I site this very scary statement by you: You must be willing to listen and follow directions EXACTLY as we outline them to you. If not, STAY WHERE YOU ARE! The upshot is I would not trust you at all. Whats more puzzling is why anyone would join a club of this nature where only 1 person knows all the members. As for the leaders of this thread being hypsters that is the one thing I agree with you about. There is maybe 10 informative posts over the last 1000. The fact that you all will or might make money is indeed important but the purpose of these threads is to dissect , postulate, argue, and of course have fun. You all are so busy attacking this guy about his elite club that you all do not realize that you have formed your own little club right here.
