I don't think a lawsuit is in order, but it certainly doesn't seem like a company I want to invest any more money in.

I wonder if they deal with their customers that way? If they do they won't be very successful.

But I will wait to hear what they have to say. If they postponed the meeting or declared it to be out of order afterwards than I will accept the mistake scenario as being possible.
