Oregon turns down 'Viagra' tags

PORTLAND, Ore., June 10 (UPI) - The Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles has given the thumbs-down (Wednesday) to a man who requested vanity license plates with the word ''Viagra'' after he struck it rich in the stock market by investing in the new anti-impotency drug. Steve Schuster of Depot Bay said he wanted the plates for the new convertible Mercedes he bought with his windfall but the DMV refused, saying it does not issue vanity plates with the name of a controlled substance.
