...everything i have looked at says that the russel 2000 (about as close as we can get to small caps) has been abysmal since the asia flu started

....seems to be a movement into the big, safe blue chips when times are tough with the market (that is what the research i read is saying).

.....tell me where i can find info to support the claim that ultra small caps move out of sync with the market.
