I am surprised that when the PC prices go to zero, there is still nobody claiming dead. The simple solution to solve the low-price PC problems is ask INTC and DELL to sell the complete PII 400MHz system at loss, say $500-$1000, for at least two years, the bad debts will force the others to file Chapter 11. This is exactly what the advantage DELL has now over others. They can afford it and probably will do it if they have to.
