Q Phone looks like startac.How many ways can you design a phone that has a clamshell function.The fact that the Q Phone appears simular to the startac dose not necsssarily infringe.Your talking about trade dress issues here not patented technology.How many ways can you design a front faced phone ,such as the huge amount that exist from a variety of Phone makers?The answer not many ways as the phone must have a usable form.The lawsuite against QUALCOMM already has proven to be not a strong one as the inital hearings were ruled in QUALCOMM's faver.
