To All: For what it is worth in my limited experience: most corporations have notification requirements spelled out in their by-laws; e.g., for a stockholders or BoD meeting the notification must be postmarked at least 30, but less than 60, days prior to the meeting. This should be easy for a lawyer to check. If you kept the envelope in which the notification came, it should be easy to verify the date of postmark. If they are in the wrong (i.e., violating their own by-laws), just the threat of a lawsuit should be enough for them to do it over and do it right. BTW, I am a stockholder, but I did not receive anything (only have 15,000 sh, but I still should have gotten notification).
Best Regards!
