Thanks for the great perspective on stock picking.

Using your analogy, I bought PAIR sometime back. Good earnings, xDSL technology which certainly represents future growth, first on the scene, the Falcon Chip which should work into the consumer market, etc.. All looked like future gains AND they had great current earnings. Unfortunately, their earnings stay flat, they let the rest of the market take over their momentum in ADSL, etc.. Stock is WAY down.

Can you shed some light on why PAIR didn't qualify for your model?

P.S. I thought CPU was moving along too: They were going to get into the corporate world, provide support services, etc., not just be a retailer.
