Jeff, Never noticed that VOLUME alert before. What do you mean your telephone rings? When I set alerts I have but TWO OPTIONS Audio beep alert and a Pop-up screen alert. I also see an e.mail alert which is grayed out and not available for use.

What are YOU doing for alerts??
