A piece of news. The truth behind the dumping of gold from the currency and
central banking systems around the world.
Fact. Lowering the amount of gold from a currency is a major cause of
weakening a currency. Australia lowered its gold, the currency subsequently
weakened. Other far East countries followed. Their currencies dropped in
value. The US enjoys cheap foreign far East imports. The eurodollar drops
gold requirements to fight back. The Euro dollar becomes less stable.
Switzerland retalliates. Some gold is dropped as a requirement in their
banking and currency backing. See the picture developing. My currency is
worse than your currency so my goods are cheaper. Ultimate result is a
developing a mess. Currency instability is deepening and the goods sold to
the US are getting cheaper and cheaper. Money is being printed to create
cheap working cash. As the trench deepens, some sanity will have to return.
Get the picture. Enjoy the good times and lack of inflation here. It is at
the expense of international lunacy, but can it last?
