I didn't disagree with you about the pp. In fact you should remember I sided with you and not with Henry. I just don't think it was a big deal though. If mgt. thought it was prudent then to act I can live with it, but yes they could have gotten a higher price by waiting. I agreed with you on that also.I also feel we need a very strong CEO but I don't want one that would take high risks,(cowboy type). We maybe arguing samantics. FinallyI believe 30 million shares total, including outstanding options or warrants. Thanks soxan
