Exactly my point. TRAV and LARK are abusing the system and will pay dearly for it. The prints that you cite are above market buyins which occured after the market closed on a day when the stock fell significantly. That's why they are marked "irregular." TRAV instructed LARK to do this and thereby both firms abused CNS (for Greg that's Continunos Net Settlement)and are liable.

CNS is run by the NSCC (Greg, paying attention? that's the National Securities Clearing Corp) which does not look kindly on above market buy-ins. There are no instances where they have not been reversed, although some take time as arbitration can take up to nine months to get to. The clearing firm becomes liable for the tiddle wink firm that it cleared for if it goes under in the meantime. See recent press on Bear Stearns and A.R. Baron(many stocks)as well as Wedbush and Waldron(IBUY)
Subject 19749.

Sword, you are now anointed to a Bachelors of Art in Short Selling, as it is an art. Greg, we're going to have to hold you back (again) in the third grade. You better get another tutor, as TRAV cheated on his Series 7 and 24 and is learning the hard way (in my opinion).

Capeche?
