What a story Valence has been over the years I have owned and not owned it. Were any of you around when Lev sold out last time because he allegedly had a terminal illness? Like the company, Lev seems to have new life - not ultra, I hope. The only time I made any real money occurred when I bought 17.5 calls when the stock was 15 and sold them when it was 21. Anyone around then? It was going to 100 according to the analyst at Prudential. Since that time, however, the story for me has been decidedly less happy. Lev was selling all the way down, while I, naively believing that his illness was the cause, made several donations to the Valence options specialist. Still I can't kick the habit. I own some stock again, and if I can buy the Dec 5's for about a buck any time soon, I'll probably do it. One thing I can say for Valence's recent credibility is I know they didn't believe Ultralife was ahead of them.
