Just waiting for the vote count and to see if the Trustee accepts the fact that we want to reorganize. Then if the BK court and the Trustee approves the plan the shareholders will have to vote on the reorg. plan proposed. That vote will be monitored by the SEC and Trustee and will have a time limit imposed.
