Why was Fisher given so many shares to begin with???

I dunno but he was suppose to raise capital while John took care of the plant business.

Is there anything that Fisher was supposed to do, that he did right???

Well not that we can prove but he did reduce the warrants and give us a 50% more shares even though that also got booch up.

Knowing that, why not commit securities fraud and illegally convert and sell shares??

Who knows what people will do... By the way no one can prove Dan is wanted by anyone. He only has two complaints... but no case, warrants or indictments that we can find.
