IAS has a market cap of of 29.5m, twice that of ITKG. Very hard to justify ITKG taking over. I think ITKG has to become a reporting company first before any discussions of merger. Over the long run, I agree, something has to be done. Not practical to have 2 companies pushing the same technology to different market segments. Why is the extended board of ITKG stacked with Lucent types when they can't sell to the commercial market? Very strange.
