Tom, Ron et al: I'm rather disappointed that IPJ did not release assay results in addition to its termination announcement. A company should provide full disclosure, even if news is bad, to help promote investor confidence that management is levelling with the public. Copper is still hanging onto support at around $0.75 a pound; if Asia continues imploding, the outlook for copper prices may keep Minoro from completing the deal. Is there any deadline for Minoro to complete a deal or the whole thing's dead? Rand
