WESTBORO, Mass. (Dow Jones)--Proteon Inc. (PTON) began shipping a new line of GTSecure firewall routers. In a press release, the company said the GTSecure routers provide remote local area network access and Internet access, along with a firewall security system.
The company said the GTSecure-60 supports synchronous and asynchronous dial-up frame relay and leased-line interfaces, and is available for $1,400.
The GTSecure-70, available for $1,600 a unit, supports integrated services
digital network, or ISDN, links.
Proteon provides local and remote network access products and services.
