Mike,

You most of all, haveing a legal background, should know that the company lawyer will not be committal on any hard issue.

I view the Company's problem to be management, i.e. the lack of, along with the fact that the resources belong to third parties not the Company.

I am afraid that having a rep on the BoD will not change the viability of this company. That is too much to hope for in my opinion.
