Dee Jay, I think its important to remember that MRV's officers draw a very modest salary and any sales should be taken in that context. Just a few thoughts on the stock price as of late. Apart from the weakness in the Nasdaq this week its seems to me that the weakness is a good thing for long term MRVC holders. When a trend becomes so obvious , so easy ( like the in @ $22 and out @ $27 trading of MRV ) it usually won't last long.In breaking that trend the stock followed the path of least resistance,which is DOWN. Now you have traders dumping Mrvc . I believe that the stock is moving from weak handed traders to much stronger long term holders. Granted there is still resistance at $27 however the predictable pattern has been broken and that wall has been weakened. I believe that taking a step back can give the stock the needed momentum to move forward. Larry
