L3>RE> Disk drive makers etc are dead meat for the
next year ( I feel they are), how much money will flee 401Ks from out of work factory people that will also be selling their mutual funds and stocks to put food on the table and pay the house payment?<

Well I'm not sure how many won't find new work, but even then it can
disrupt the flow into funds, if it outruns the new jobs created
number. I scan the Houston help wanted adds once a week , so far
it's strong, but then that's just a small sample. The last
recession we had started in the New England States then spread,
Texas went into it last, and came out last. This one could start
on the west Coast.

But it's a good idea to keep an eye out for layoffs and early
retirement. I do know there have been many in DOW Chem down here
but most of them went right back to work with other companies.
Most I talked with took a package that deferred drawing the funds down.
It was best tax wise and they got a better deal if they didn't
just cash in. But that might not be the case in the future.

As for the link I gave you on KEA , the only point was you needed
to look at it. I don't follow them, not even TA wise, so I didn't
make a comment. Any way I'm not an investor in any stocks, just a
small time trader.
