Does anyone know of some online whitepapers, articles, or general advise on metholdologies regarding 'integrating' all functional groups of companies during acquistioons/mergers/alliances ? I cannot even find any comprehensive books on the topic of Integration details and strategies to approach merging R&D , Operations, business units, etc. from a tactical point of view.... any ideas anyone can offer ? mikel
