Dear Julius:

Just returned from a long trip to Europe and looked at my Sector group and noticed that some of mine had backed down again.
I am going to follow your lead on the first three funds you outline.

I've learned to be concerned about too much trading from one sector to another and usually try to wait 30 days to avoid the penalty, but have discovered in the past with FSESX that it's best to take the penalty. One days drop can exceed the .075 charge.

Fidelity sent me a warning letter about overtrading last year in one of my portfolios "suggesting that 3X a year" was their recommendation.

Regards,

Angler
