Bruno, The wording was confusing. You said... Carbon holds the rights to 75% of a patented process... ...but probably meant that Carbon owns the rights to 100% of the process but that the company (Carbon) itself is 25% owned by another company. Is this latter statement the correct one? Appreciate the clarification, RS
