Press releases do not account for time spent in negotiations....only the end result. It would be reasonable to assume that at the time of acquition of MTEI by ICVI (May 21 press release), MTEI already had been in negotiations of acquiring the 8,000 acreas of property in WVA (to add to their property in the area)(see May 28 press release), hence the press release on June 8th.
