Jeff,
I jumped into this stock back in July and have been holding on ever since. Here's the deal. The company was late filing there necessary paperwork with the SEC a few months back due largely to their auditors quitting on them right before filing time. The company had to go out and get another auditor and go through the process which made them late filing. Next step, VALH becomes VALHE so that everyone and God can tell that they were late. Next step, no volume for forever which lead to the NASDAQ delisting them. In the mean time they make their next filing on time and loose the "E" but now are being traded on the "Pink Sheets" hense the no bid and ask information. With any luck the company will turn themselves around and those of us that have been around forever can see a profit but am not expecting an early Christmas present.
Curtis
