To all,

I just found this thread and thought I'd get some opinions on exactly where the market is heading.

I have turned cautious over the past few weeks as the NYSE Advance-Decline Line topped out way back on APril 3rd, about 6 weeks before the Dow did. Worse, new lows on the NYSE began flaring up just as the Dow topped. This is bearish.

Worse, new lows hit a whopping 259 on Friday. The day the market broke last October, there were less than 200! At first, I thoiught this would just turn out to be a normal correction, say 10% or so, with lots of panic. Now I'm wondering if this really is a bear market.

Interest Rates are the only thing keeping me relativly optomistic right now.

What's everyone's thoughts??
