A Long-term Negative Factor... ...may be the growing backlash against violence in games. I read that Clinton is speaking out against it in Oregon and I saw a couple of editorials against them in the Sunday papers. Sure, TDFX isn't directly responsible for the content of the games out there, but if an organized movement with public sentiment started an aggressive campaign, it could hurt games sales. A high profile law-suit would be bad. One of these "postal" kids loudly blaming "Quake" or "Blood" would be bad. What are the odds of First Person Shooters becoming the next target of "Polical Correctness?" Thoughts anyone? Chip
